Meet Uncle P
CEO
Jean-Pierre Brice a.k.a “Uncle P.” On September 2nd, 2017 CMPRadio.net was born. Bridging the gap between generations and walks of life, Pierre along with partners, came together to shake the community up using the common language; Music, while maintaining the "We are a family" message. Three years in and the message has not changed but grew and continues to grow. As Pierre created CMPRadio.net to be a family, by Cultivating Mature Positivity while Constantly Making Progress because he is a Chester Made Product. Pierre has accepted the challenge of his passion, which drives his purpose to motivate and inspire others to do the same. Now as "Uncle P Motiv8r,” he strives to show his community that Passion Drives Purpose.
Meet Leslie
COO
Leslie Wilson started her journey in the family as a fan of CMPradio.net, appreciating and understanding the need for such an outlet. In 2019 she started as the Music Director with concentration on our LIVE365 and CMPapp Through hard work dedication and consistency, Leslie has shown and proved how extremely valued she could be as the Station Manager leading to her promotion as COO.
Meet Wubb
Andrea Bailey a.k.a. “Wubb” has always stated that she started coming by the station in the early days “to catch the vibe,” and that she did and more! It didn’t take long to realize she brought her own special vibe to the CMP family that could never be replaced, from her social media presence, dedication to the community to her big, bright and beautiful personality.
Meet Porsche
Porsche Pinder, better known as Porsche P., is a young woman with a deep and sincere passion for God, radio, and music. Resilience and determination describe her best. In 2012, Porsche P. obtained a B.A. degree in Communications at Cheyney University. During her tenure at Cheyney, she interned at Radio One. Shortly after graduation, Porsche put her gifts and training into work, by taking on a position as Assistant Director/Engineer for ECI Communications. Now she is the Station Manager for CMPRADIO.NET. Porsche P. is currently the host of her podcast Sistas On Air, which airs every other Wednesday on apple podcast, google podcast and soundcloud.
